A Baruch College alumnus and an entrepreneur, Teamika works diligently on these positions, from acquiring them to building a strategy to fill them. Teamika started her own recruitment firm My Dream Staffing Agency in hopes to combat HR’s unconscious biases toward diverse candidates. She is also the creator of CAREER BREAKTHROUGH, a seminar held at Morgan Stanley that allows individuals to learn from the insiders and experts on how to target your best opportunities, converting your resumes into interviews, Discovering what's inside the mind of HR and more.
